Welcome to Cacao Hostel in Santa Marta, Colombia. We’re looking for volunteers to help us run our international restaurant and bar. We’d love someone who has experience working in a kitchen or bar. Someone who enjoys speaking to guests and creating a nice environment for them to be in. You need to be fluent in English and Spanish. Can you make cocktails? That's what we need. Keeping guests happy and relaxed is what we want.

We’re happy for you to work 7hrs per day for 4days a week. In return we offer you free accommodation and breakfast. Our hostel has a relaxing and homely vibe, and is located 10 minutes walk to the beach. And only 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants area near to the city center. It is also the closest hostel to the local market, where are the bus stops to Tayrona Park, Palomino and Minca.
