We live on such a beautiful planet and ever since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to learn as much as I could about different countries, cultures, traditions, and customs. High School was the first time that an opportunity to travel abroad was presented to me but my mom told me that we couldn't afford it which was when the seed was planted in my head to try to find a way to travel around the world without money being a barrier. Since entering the work force, I have built a career in the international education & travel industries. Most of these jobs have provided me with an international network of students, customers, and guests who have turned into lifelong friends and a few of these jobs have even provided me with the opportunity to enjoy short-term travel. However, I am at a point in my life now where I want to fully immerse myself in the international travel and culture experience, rather than pining for it in a domestic work setting on American home soil.
