However, instead of being a guest, I am eager to work behind the scenes, contributing to the organisation, cleanliness, and social atmosphere of a hostel. I have experience in hospitality, bar work, retail, and sales, where I have developed strong customer service skills, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. These skills will help me as a volunteer in a hostel by allowing me to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with daily operations, and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
