Hi there, I'm Lena from Germany! I worked as an Event Manager for the last 10 years, organising events such as music festivals, concerts, seminars, trainings, awards and so on. Incidentally, I work as a service staff at various events or in hotels and restaurants. I've just quit my job to travel the world, meet new people and explore new cultures :-)

Due to the fact that I am very structured, open-minded, interested in yoga and surfing, reliable, stress resistant and social, I am convinced that I would be a good fit for working in a hostel. Furthermore I would say I'm a good host at my home (that's what my friends say about me ;)) and people also say that I'm a organizational talent, this is what the job as an Event-Manager entails.

I'm planning to stay one year abroad and I'm very flexible during my travels.
