I have extensive experience in customer service, having worked in various roles where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively. One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had was volunteering in a hostel in Cambodia and in Thailand, where I had the opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world. It was an amazing time, and I enjoyed helping others and getting to know people from different backgrounds.

In terms of skills, I am highly adaptable, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving. I’m also a quick learner, which helps me adjust easily to new tasks and environments.
