I have been in the restaurant business almost all my life and have been moulded by brimstone, fire and bacon fat in the kitchen.
Trying local food of the world has become my new passion after discovering the genius of Vietnamese local in Hanoi and crunchy spiders in Phnom Penh.

As a Goan, the beach has never been out of my sight since the day I was born. Having said that, unfortunately, I'm yet to learn surfing which I'm craving to learn but I am top 3 in body surfing amongst my 5 friends. Which sounds naughty but I'm talking about waves.
From Kerim in the North to the rocky coasts of Agonda, every inch of Goan coast has been explored. I'm hoping to do the same with the rest of the planet.
